This layout is 5th in a series of pages contributed by a generous lifebook scrapper.

This is an example of a pocket page. Inside each pocket is a color copy of the actual certificate. The color copy was then shrunk to make the front of the page. The plaid pattern was created using strips of vellum.

I don't have any supplies used to make this page, but an accent depicting the court room or adoption document could be used on the outside of the pocket. I have a few things that might work.
