Here are the notes supplied with this layout: "This is a layout of Alex's adoption announcement and the photo I sent with the announcements. It includes the Poem, "The Gift of Life" from one of the vellum poem collections. I matted the poem on blue paper to make sure it did not blend in with the page too much. The teddy bear embellishment was made using a brass stencil and embossing vellum. I attached it to the blue mat with a ribbon."
